VERY IMPORTANT CONDITION : Basic arrangements like Airline Booking, accomodation, food and menus will be decided by management keeping in view the interest of Hajees and no interference by any participant will be accepted. However, the pilgrims preferring our package can submit their views and suggestion before commencement of journey, which will be welcomed by the management and introuduced if found suitable.
- Booking Application forms are avilable free of cost. Completed forms along with the documents, photos are to be submitted to our Regd.Office at No.3, 1st Floor, "J" Block, Unity Buildings, Bangalore - 560 002.
- Passports in orginal are to be submitted along with the application forms. If not, the same should be submitted 2 months before scheduled departure for Hajj and one month before Umrah.
- All Payments should be made through DD / online cheques favoring "SEAIR HAJ SERVICES" Bangalore
- Every effort is made to maintain accuracy of the information. However circumstances might change due to any event beyond our control. Tour ltineraries, prices, departure dates, hotels etc., are subject to change without prior notice. In case we are aware of these changes sufficiently in advance we will inform you. Else, we will appraise you of the same during the tour.
- We do not control or operate any Airline, Hotel, Transport, Muallims services. However we cannot be held responsible for any delay, improper services provided by the Airlines, Hotels, Muallim services, Transport etc.,
- There is no contract between the company and the customer until the company has received the apporpriate deposit. The full payment must be received in accordance with the table given in the packages. If not paid within that time the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with an intimation only once.
- The company shall be entitled to amend, alter any packages it has advertised or to substitute any airline, Hotel for the reasons which may be deemed fit and proper by the company, and the participants shall have no rights to raise any dispute regarding the same.
- The company has full descretion to cancel / refund the deposit collected from the application of any of the desiring customers without assigning any reason after the acceptance of deposit, without interest there on.
- The company shall operate all packages with a minimum group size of 30 for Umrah / 100 for Hajj. Participating passengers in each group. If the group strenght falls below 30 / 100 passengers as stated above, the company reserves the right to prepone / postpone / merge with other group or cancel the package tour. In that case the company does not own any liability towards the customers.
- The comapny shall in no circumstances be liable to the client on account of loss ofproperty, death, personal injury or damage to baggage or person.
- The fares quoted in our brouchre have been calculated at the rate prevaling during previous Haj. In case of any fluctuations / changes in the various gross rates of exchange, Airlines, Building / Hotel Rent etc., must be paid by the customers before the departure and stipulated time.
- Cancellatgion charges if any for HAJJ are chargeable as under:
a) 120 days before departure Rs.10,000/- as basic cancellation charges for all packages.
b) 90 days before departure 20% of the cost of the package
c) 60 days before departure 30% of the cost of the package
d) 30 days or till departure date 50% of the cost of the package is refunded.

Confirmed dates with itineries will be provided to the individual pilgrim's 20 days before, or immediately upon receiving confirmations from the Airlines. along with address and phone numbers of our stay at all the places of visits.
FARE INCLUDE :
Air ticket , Visa , Surface Transport , Muallim Fees , Food and Accomodation (at Makkah and Madinah), Ziarath of Islamic and Historic places at Makkah and Madinah.
FARE DOES NOT INCLUDE :
Qurbani , Outside eateries , Personnel Purchases , Head Shave , etc.
Participants who can join and who cannot join our groups
- All adults can participate, single ladies not allowed, must be accompanied by Mehrim as per sharia requirement

- PARTICIPATION OF minor children for Haj is subject to Saudi Govt.Regulations and approval of visas. However, if visas are approved, children except infants are charged full airlines fare. Single ladies without Mahrems will not be booked in our packages

The Company reserves the right to change, modify, amend the schedules of the Programmes if so required.
VISA :
All visa that is Haj, Umra or Ziarath to Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan, Al-Aqsa (Palestine), Egypt, and Syria as in the packages included in the cost of the programme as per the fees prevailing as on 1st April 2006.
If there is any increase at the time of actual endorsements of visas the pilgrims must pay the difference of the charges
DURING STAY AT MINA :
We take all measure to cook and provide food to the pilgrims at mina camp.
There is ban imposed by the ministry of Haj Saudi Arabia for use of gas stove.
Therefore we cook on kerosene stove. As these methods need more time. If there is any inconvenience caused Haji's should co-operate 'ARAFAATH DAY' afternoon moullims arrange food snacks. Box distributed to all Haji's will be collected and supplied at our camp to pilgrims by, Moullim staff.
MUZDALIFA :
It is a place of transit for all Haji's to Mina with over night stay. Pilgrims have to arrange their food.You are Recommended to carry fruit or dry fruit in pocket to be used. Therefore all the Haj's are informed to keep sufficient funds separately to manage the above expenses.
BAGGAGE :
As per the rule for international airlines, passengers are allowed to carry 20 to 30 kgs of check in baggage for each adult. If there is any excess baggage the passenger should pay the charges accordingly for the excess baggage to the Airlines.
PERSONAL FUNDS :
We recommend every participant to please be self-sufficeint for your required funds towards your expenses that include Qurbani, shopping of gift etc. we recommend minimum Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) for each person. Always carry traveler's cheque or use credit cards, which can be, arrange out of your BTQ allowance through our foreign exchange dealers/Banks.
OUR MOULIM :
One of the most important associates at Makkah the office allotted by the Saudi Arabian Govt. Ministry of Haj to Receive, Supervise and keep safe custody of our Documents and also Organize our Surface Transport Buses to Mina, Arafaath tent Muzdalifa, Madina, Jeddah etc.
MEDICAL FORMALITIES :
As per the international health regulation fixed by the Saudi Arabia Govt. It is compulsory for all the Umra / Haj pilgrims to take vaccine against Cholera and Meningitis at least 21 days before arrival at Jeddah.
Accordingly, Seair Haj Services will organize vaccination camp in association with our state Haj Organiser's Association on nominal charges to be paid by
pilgrims if any or through state Haj Committee under the provision by Ministry of External Affairs, Haj Cell which may be free.

ANY CASUALTIES DURING PROGRAMME:
ALLAH is the SAVIOUR of all, if there is any incident of death during the programme due to Allah's will, the final formalities will be done according to the regulation of that country. As per rule, we are bound to surrender the passport and Air Ticket to the Moullim's office who in turn deposit the same with Ministry of Haj for final presentation to Indian Consulate Office, to complete registering and other formalities. However all personal belongings will be handed over to their family members if accompanying the group or same will handed over to Moullim with certificate Seair Haj Services hope that we have been able to bring into your knowledge the most of the important information about the packages of Umra, Haj-o-Ziarath, Haj for 2007 and other related issues.
How You Should Be / Religious obligations to the Pilgrims :
Dear pilgrims, we are very lucky for having chosen by Almighty Allah to visit his House of Kaba and his dear prophet Muhammed (Peace be upon him) at Madina.
So every one of us should consider this is an opportunity of forgiveness and shunting away all our past deeds. Further commit to practice a real obedient Islamic Life. Therefore to achieve the full success of our journey, do spend all your precious time in Ibadath follow the instructions guidance by our accompanying Ullama who will guide you all along. Do perform all Namaz at Haramain Shariffain only.
- Do perform Tawaf regularly while you are at Makkah.
- Do read Holy Quran as much as possible.
- Do recite Darood-E-Sharief at all the time.
- Do serve your elders or any Haji's as best as you can.
- Do treat everyone pleasantly to please Allah.
- Do pray your leftover past (Qhaza) Namaz at Haram.
- Do not get into arguments & problems with any Haji.
- Seek forgiveness immediately, if there is any mishappening as the penalties are very heavy.

We act as an Agency to organise all the facilities for the pilgrims like visa, Airline journey, accomodation at Makkah, Madinah, Azeezia / similar, Mouallim services at Makkah, surface transport at Saudi Arabia, food during stay at Makkah, madinah, Mina with our group leader who acompany the group for supervision.
No claims beyond above service will be entertain & any defficiency to limitation beyond our reach has to be cooperated by the participant. As we are all part of more than 40 lakh public and Saudi Systems are unique in the world.
